4.4 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting gme77 customer support. Any real-money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to identity verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on gme77 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate, and any associated conversion fees are your responsibility.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes for standard amounts. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one to three business hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
5.5 Withdrawal Restrictions. gme77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of identity verification, anti-money laundering checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
